Meditation, Reflection, Awareness, and Cause & Effect Relationships are all great ways to get in touch with what your body is trying to tell you. The thing is, we are living such busy and stressful lives, that we don't take the time to really look within and discover why we are experiencing what we are experiencing....
READ MORE »1. Eat consciously instead of automatically. Become aware of the food and drink you are consuming, being grateful for where it came from and what good things it will do for your body. Stop everything else you are doing. Allow your attention to be on the taste and texture of your food and how it feels as you consume it. Notice your thoughts, and if they are thoughts of guilt about what you are consuming, either let the guilt go or the item go. If they are good thoughts of how healing and nourishing what you are consuming is, then continue enjoying your food and/or drink.
2. Implement Feng Shui principles to immediately shift the energy in your office, home, and car. This is a quick and effective way to improve yourself and your life. First, fix or get rid of things that are broken. That could resemble things in your body and life that not working properly. Second, get rid of clutter, trash, and piles of paperwork that you never go though. This can resemble things getting stopped up or plugged up in the body or in your life. Also, it keeps the energy from flowing freely in your space as well as in your mind. Third, bring in live, healthy plants to add more energy and life to your space and yourself. Bamboo works great in low light conditions. Instead of plants for cars, consider hanging a crystal from your rearview mirror to magnify the same energy and life that plants bring.
3. Smile to life your mood and even cure depression. Studies done on clinical depression that simply involved a form of smile therapy worked for every person! Stand in front of a mirror and smile for at least 5 minutes a day. It will physiologically change your body and mind.
4. Move and stretch often to get the energy flowing in your body. When you are in one position for a long period of time, your energy flow becomes stagnant. Take a moment every 30 minutes to stretch to the sky, touch your toes, and stretch your arms and legs, walk around your house or around your office. It will only take a minute! Everything in your body will come alive again, including your mind. So, a minute break might just make you that much more productive and creative, as well as, healthy.
5. Go barefoot in the grass to reconnect with the earth and discharge extra free radicals in your body. This is a great way to ground yourself and help your body’s energy come back into its natural state of wellness. As your body exchanges energy with the earth, your frequencies can become stabilized and help you align with health.
