Jan Marie Mayo offers 20 years of study and training in BioHarmonic health care techniques in a professional and caring manner. She blends into her session’s modalities such as Vibrational/Energetic medicine inclusive of Reiki and Homeopathy, Chakra Cleansing and Balancing, Aroma Therapy, Herbalism and Meditation. She helps you manage stress, pain, self sabotaging patterns and behaviors and health issues. Jan Marie believes that by bringing balance and clarity into your consciousness you are able to take your health and your life into your own hands. Together she works with you to enhance your holistic healing experience.
Jan Marie Mayo has a Bachelor of Science, is Certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher, Herbalist, Iridologist, and Holodynamic Counselor. She has guest lectured at Arizona State University , local Community Colleges and Hospitals. She teaches classes in Reiki, Herbalism, Chakra Clensing and Meditation.
One of my greatest teachers in life has to be my maternal grandmother, Anna Marie. She taught me to embrace life, understand that everything is a life lesson, and that from all bad comes good. If we embrace what we perceive as bad, we will always find the good in it. Through discovering the good, we also discover our lessons in life and the meaning of gratitude. She taught me to listen to my heart and believe in myself and my gifts. I am so very grateful to have had her as my teacher for as long as I did. She passed over when whe was near 101 leaving a legacy of love, compassion and healing.
For as long as I can remember there was a small piece of art hanging on the wall. It has a saying on it which I have never forgotten: Be Kind - So many gods, So many creeds, So many paths that wind and wind and wind, While but the art of being kind, Is all this sad world needs - anom. This small piece of art now hangs on my wall.
