| Bio Master Peter Chow graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University with a major in Sociology and Social Work, and a minor in Psychology. Master Chow studied I-Ching, Feng Shui, and Long Fist from the age of six under the guidance of his father. At eight he was proficient in the Wu style of Tai Chi Chuan and at the age of ten he was accomplished in Yang style.
By age twelve, Master Chow was also proficient in the art of Qi Gong. One of his Qi Gong masters, Professor Kwan Hau Bun, was granted Mainland China’s “Best Teacher" award and was sited in the “Best Contemporary Qi Gong Masters” book. Professor Kwan was the founder of the “Loose-Peace with Action” Qi Gong method.
Master Chow’s Chinese herbal medical practice began in the arts of Anma and Tui-na after graduation. For many years, he owned and operated a medical clinic and school of Chinese medicine in Hong Kong, where students came to learn and practice Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Master Chow held positions as a professional acupuncturist as well as a position in Sing-Tak Acupuncture from 1980-1981.
Still more clinical experience followed as an herbal medical doctor and researcher for two years at the Green Concept Family Polyclinic in Hong Kong. A keynote speaker, lecturer, and teacher for many years, Master Chow is a longstanding member of the Hong Kong Association of Classical Han Chinese Medicine (Classical TCM Theories, Tai Chi, and acupuncture) and the Hong Kong Association of Hygiene. Master Chow served as the Vice President of the Acupuncture Society of Arizona in 1999 and is the principle founder of the International College of Classical Chinese Medicine in Arizona.
