Tai Chi is an art of feel and flow and all its teachings have to go hand-in-hand with its martial art applications.  Moves do not make Tai Chi.  Tai Chi is a process where we evolve within the form,  rather than collecting forms.

"I consider Willie Lim an instructor of the highest caliber. He is not only well versed in the modern aspects of the art(traditional and sports),  but the classical which is not known to many."
